2016, October 21-23: Hoover Public Library - Science Fiction and Fantasy Festival (Birmingham, AL)
The second Science Fiction and Fantasy Festival was held at the Hoover Public Library. We had a 3-hour "Doctor Who episode" viewing block on Saturday. Our very own Allen Hammack and Jason Ring were part of the Doctor Who
panel on Sunday, "Time Traveling through the Wibbly Wobbly [Universe]". Business cards for our club were handed out. Turn out was minimal and not as large as the prior year. Special Thanks for our club was on the back of the program guide.
2016, June 25-26: Con Kasterborous (Huntsville, AL)
The fifth annual event had Jason Chuang attending the event and representing the club. The convention freely publicized our club on the last page of the program book. Many thanks to Bonnie Auten.
2015, August 1: Hoover Public Library - Science Fiction and Fantasy Festival (Birmingham, AL)
The first Science Fiction and Fantasy Festival was held at the Hoover Public Library. Hoover Public Library provided a 3-hour block dedicated to Doctor Who. Our very own Allen Hammack and Jason Ring were part of a short panel before our Doctor Who episode viewing. Jason Ring's half-scale TARDIS was at the event. Business cards for our club were handed out. The panel had 50+ patrons. This was one of and maybe the largest panel attendance at the event. Advert was placed on the front of our website prior to event.
2015, July 18-19: Con Kasterborous (Huntsville, AL)
This fourth annual convention was dedicated to our late Hiram Lester who was our club President. During the opening ceremony, Bonnie Auten (a top con chairman) mentioned Hiram's active interest in making this convention the best in Alabama over the past years.
The convention freely publicized our club on the last page of program book. Business cards were handed out during the convention. Advert was place on the front of our website prior to the event.
2015, July 9-12: Play On Con (Columbiana, AL)
Publicity flyers were provided for the first 500 bags distributed to attendees of the convention. Advert was placed on the front of our website prior to event. Members of our club ran a WhoFest panel on Friday night and Dr Who Party on Saturday night.

At the second annual convention, 1,250 publicity flyers were provided in the bags for the convention.
Again, our very own Allen Hammack was a guest. Allen Hammack and Jason Ring were part of a Friday panel, "All the Who's in Whoville", while Allen was part of the Saturday panel, "Deja Who".
